Accessories Orders: Accessories will be sent out within three (3) business days of receiving the order.
Complete Board Orders:
Complete boards will be sent out within seven (7) business days of receiving the order. Lorentz Boards only stocks the components of the board - all boards are built to order and tested prior to shipment；
We will confirm the shipping address and delivery date with customers within 24 hours after receiving the order.
