Due to the particular nature of electric skateboards, boards cannot be resold once they have been returned. For this reason, we do not accept returns.
All mechanical parts of the board are precision manufactured. We stock individual components needed to build complete boards (battery, ESC, remote, deck, etc.) and assemble and test each board at the time an order is received. This simple business model helps us best meet our customers' expectations.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Warranty
We provide aone (1) yearwarranty period for any problem a board has related to manufacturing quality. During the warranty period, if a board becomes non-functional due to manufacturing quality issues, we will work with you to determine which part of the board is broken and provide replacement parts free of charge. Our products use a modular design and parts can be easily replaced with the help of our instructional videos.
Even outside of your warranty period, or if a defect is caused due to damage caused by the rider not related to manufacturing quality, we still want to help you get your Lorentz Board back on the road. You may need to purchase replacement parts in this case.
