  • Due to the particular nature of electric skateboards, boards cannot be resold as new once they have been returned. For this reason, we do not accept returns on complete boards.
  • We can accept returns of unused accessories to our locations in the United States and China within 30 days of the customer receiving the items.
  • If the return is not due to manufacturing or incorrect item errors, customers are responsible for any shipping costs to return accessories to our United States or China locations. The specific fee will be based on the shipping company you choose. If a return is required due to manufacturer or incorrect item errors, we will pay any shipping costs for board or accessory returns.

  • Return packaging: Original packaging is required (two packaging boxes are needed for complete board).
  • Return policy: customers can cancel orders before shipment, but they must communicate with us in advance and obtain email notification.
