Shipping and Delivery
Shipment Processing Time:
- Accessories Orders: Accessories will be sent out within three (3) business days of receiving the order.
- Complete Board Orders:
- Complete boards will be sent out within seven (7) business days of receiving the order. Lorentz Boards only stocks the components of the board - all boards are built to order and tested prior to shipment；
- We will confirm the shipping address and delivery date with customers within 24 hours after receiving the order.
Transit Time:
- Normal orders 5-10 days for US customers, 8-20 days for European customers, 8-20 days for Australian customers; Pre order according to the time indicated on the product page.
Shipping Cost:
- All products on our website come with free shipping.

- We use the following shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Delivery times are calculated by the carrier automatically at the time of shipment.
