Shipment Processing Time:

• Accessories Orders: Accessories will be sent out within three (3) business days of receiving the order.
• Complete Board Orders:                                                               

1. Complete boards will be sent out within seven (7) business days of receiving the order. Lorentz Boards only stocks the components of the board - all boards are built to order and tested prior to shipment；
2. We will confirm the shipping address and delivery date with customers within 24 hours after receiving the order. 

Transit Time:

• Normal orders 5-10 days for US customers, 8-20 days for European customers, 8-20 days for Australian customers; Pre order according to the time indicated on the product page.
